Chrono is the reroll-and-restock resource. Per the official description, with Chrono you "can strategically reroll your dice and restock the shop to draft your most vital units" — it is both board control and shop control in one currency.

How Commanders Pay You In Chrono
Three of the revealed kits interact with Chrono directly. The Riftmaker generates it from Rift launches and rewards spending it through Eon Moss. En Passant (The Duchess) pays +1 Chrono every time you destroy a non-Token unit. Blob Girl's and Whisperer's engines instead pay Mini Dice — the resources overlap but are not interchangeable.
